A paparazzo by the name of Alison Silva has filed a lawsuit against paparazzi agency X17 claiming their employees caused him bodily harm and injury on March 5th following a Britney Spears chase. Silva is suing X17 for unspecified damages. The counts are battery, assault, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotion distress, negligence, negligent hiring, training, supervision, and retention of unfit employees.
