At the L.A. premiere of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button on Monday, star Brad Pitt had fallen victim to aggressive paparazzi and a not-so-bright guard.

Pitt arrived to the event early held at the Bruin Theater only to be attacked by the vicious lights of the photographers, which he is used to. What really threw Brad for a loop was when the guard grabbed him, and instead of blocking him, spun him around and pulled him backwards.

What was this man thinking?? Pitt, who was extremely confused by what was happening to him, busted free of the mans grip, spoke a few words to him and then went upstairs to the bathroom to wait out the chaos of the crowds below.

Being the civilized human being that he is, Brad said he doesn’t blame the overzealous bodyguard. The paparazzi had been a lot more aggressive than usual. He told People.com,

Though they were exceptionally more aggressive than usual breaking through a security barrier and into a private holding area, ultimately (it was) just another day in the life…”

This is why I like Brad Pitt, he’s learned to accept the fact that things like this happen, especially with his superstar status. He doesn’t pretend like it’s some huge surprise that this happens to him and doesn’t get that frustrated with it.

In a recent interview, Jennifer Aniston finally steps up and admits that Angelina Jolie stealing her man was a messed up thing to do.

Although I personally don’t think Angie was a home wrecker, I do admire Aniston’s poise in how she handled the difficult situation.

Former Desperate Housewives star Jesse Metcalfe had an unlucky fall from a 40 ft. balcony in Monaco after the World Music Awards leaving him unconscious.

Today he is recovering in London after receiving full treatment and MRI scans. The graceful Metcalfe was on his way back to his room to change out of his suit halfway through the night of after parties, when he slipped between a gap in a pathway plunging 40 feet to the ground, but miraculously, he was left with no broken bones and only a hit to the head.

The young actor has been called extremely lucky by one of his spokespersons, telling British newspaper The Sun,

He is a very, very lucky man. The accident could have been fatal. I have just come from the hospital and he is baring up OK. He has not broken anything but can barely walk as he hasn’t got much movement in his legs.

Midway through the aftershow party at Jimmy’z on Sunday night he headed back to his hotel to change out of his suit so he could be more comfortable. On his way back he slipped 40 feet and was knocked unconscious. He was immediately taken to a hospital in Monaco and given X-rays.

Doctors didn’t speak much English so as soon as we landed in London yesterday we had him re-examined at a London hospital. They wanted to keep him in overnight so he could have a MRI test today. Fingers crossed he’ll get the green light to get released tonight. Jesse knows he’s had a very lucky escape.

We are going to speak to the organizers of the World Music Awards as the pathway was very dangerous and we heard someone else tripped up as well. It is an issue that needs to be addressed.”

Mariah Carey is determined to make a career for herself in the movie business and now she can show off her acting skills as a dowdy social worker opposite Dakota Fanning.

Studio execs have kept Carey at a distance after her debut film, Glitter, bombed at the box office back in 2001. It’s safe to say that she was taunted for the God-awful performance she gave in the movie, but she’s not letting that keep her down.

Carey actually has three film projects in the works right now. She’s starring in the upcoming Tennessee and has agreed to join on for a project inspired by her Yuletide album. Her third film is the one in which she plays a supporting role alongside Dakota Fanning.

There will be no glitz and glam for the singer-turned-actress with this role. She will be portraying a New York social worker that shows up briefly in the film, Push. Carey stated,

I’m not going to be a pretty picture. The role’s a supporting part - a little scene - but it’s a very important scene. I don’t want to reveal what happens, but my character is important because things are revealed through her.”

Push is scheduled for release in February 2009, so get ready to see if she has grown as an actress after her 8 year sabbatical from the industry.

Rap sensation Eminem may not be releasing his new album Relapse until as late as the spring of 2009.

Sorry for all those Marshall Mathers fans who have been waiting for this album to drop since his greatest hits compilation was released back in 2005. The rap genius had announced around the middle of October that he was considering having his sixth album released by the end of 2008, but due to his perfectionist, obsessive-compulsive nature in the studio, it doesn’t look like it will be.

Em has been keeping very busy with other business ventures, though. He has been promoting his best-selling autobiography The Way I Am since it hit bookstores in October and pursuing his career as a music producer, which has been going very well for him.

It is time for him to get back out there and show his new style and wisdom he’s acquired over the past 4 years, though. All of his fans are eagerly awaiting the release of Relapse, but sources say that there is a 50-50 chance it will be done by the end of this year.

Well, the best things in life are worth waiting for, so let’s trust that Eminem knows exactly what to do to release his best album yet.

Justin Timberlake was in no mood to be photographed while dining with girlfriend Jessica Biel in NYC and wasn’t afraid to get in the paps face. JT comes out and confronts the guy asking why he’s been filming him eating and if he would just leave him alone.

They worked a deal out so Justin could eat in privacy and then afterwards, the pop star came out and acted like a complete gentleman smiling for the camera and stopping to take pictures with fans in the street.

The only thing that seems a little strange to me about Justin’s outburst was that there was only one camera following him. I figure he’d be used to at least 3 or 4, but this was the straw that broke the camel’s back, and what an aggressive camel he turned out to be!

No, she has a money conscience that prevents her from ever being extravagant with her fortune. The biggest purchase to date was a luxury tour bus, for reasons completely understandable.

I think my biggest splurge so far has been my tour bus. If I’m spending money, it’s gonna be putting it back into my career. I don’t like to be extravagant any other place.

My tour bus is really important because I live there. I’m there more than when I’m home. So, I put a fireplace on my tour bus and a flip-down treadmill and a really comfortable bed. I feel like I’m home whenever I’m on my tour bus. I do not regret that splurge.”

Billy Ray Cyrus, father of Miley Cyrus, has spilled some of the beans on Hannah Montana’s plans to bring Malia and Sasha Obama onto an episode of the show in 2009.

Malia, 10, and Sasha, 7, are big fans of the Disney sit-com, which is one of the most popular children’s shows ever produced, with a merchandising empire worth nearly $1 billion. Will the president-elects daughters really be allowed on the show, though?

Billy Ray Cyrus has high hopes as he told Access Hollywood in an interview,

“They probably will. The invitation is there. You know the Hannah Montana film comes out in April. Maybe something might happen around then.”

Unfortunately, under contract, Billy Ray could disclose any further information about the subject, but Miley, who turns the big 1-6 this month, has said it would be “really cool” to have the Obama girls on the show or at least on set to visit.

So it seems like Malia and Sasha are more than welcome to come on the show, but it all depends on how much media exposure Daddy-O will allow for his girl once he is inaugurated. I don’t really watch Hannah Montana, but I’d watch it if the first-daughters made an appearance to see if they got their dad’s charisma on stage.

Guy Ritchie admits he has had a hard time coming to grips with homosexuality, but he knows he must overcome his fears and become a friend to the gay community. Not to be confused, Ritchie is a very heterosexual guy who even prides himself in his attraction towards women, especially when around any gay man.

I think he is starting to see that his previous marriage was very similar to having sex with a transexual and has more in common with homos than he originally thought. He has compared sex with muscular Madonna as “cuddling up to a piece of gristle,” which gives me a visual I’d be happy without, but it has seemed to help him develop more sympathy for the gay community.

In his latest feature, RockNRolla, he had a sympathetic homosexual character, Handsome Bob, that comes out of the closet to Gerard Butler’s character who gets freaked out by it until he finds that everyone else knew and couldn’t care less.

It’s an issue that he’s trying to get over, but it is a lot harder to stay open than people think, but he says he’s coming to grips with his sexuality. It’s better for him to have enjoyable sex again with new girlfriend Kelly Reilly, star of his upcoming film Sherlock Holmes, than be sexually confused by his mannish ex-wife.

Lindsay Lohan is gracing the pages of Harpar’s Bazaar December issue, and in the video above, you get to go behind the scenes with LL and watch her pose in all sorts of ridiculous ways for photographer Terry Richardson.

In the denim inspired shoot, LL does look gorgeous, and happier and healthier than she has in years.

She tells the issue,

I’m a different person now. I’m happy.

After battling with a drug addiction and being charged with a DUI and with possession of drugs, Lohan, 22, admits feeling lonely,

I was going to clubs all the time and it was not okay. I was so alone. I did it to myself and I have to deal with the consequences. I’m thankful for what I can take out of it. Now I feel clear.

And although she admits that her relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson is helping her stay grounded, she does not admit to being a lesbian.

LL explains,

She’s a wonderful person and I love her very much.

When asked if she is bisexual, Lohan responded: “Maybe. Yeah.”

Lohan also gets personal, explaining the reason she keeps her private life private,

I feel like it jinxes it. It’s hard. The second I start talking about whomever I’m seeing, a month or two later it’s failed.

As for getting married, Lohan admits that not right now, but “eventually.” When asked if it would be with a man or a woman, she replied,  “I don’t know.”
