Woody Harrelson has had a little bit of trouble emerge from his past in the form of a lawsuit by a paparazzo. It sucks, but Harrelson has been accused of assaulting the man and breaking his camera back in 2006 and the pap wants $2.5 million for the battery.

According to the Huffington Post, Josh Levine was filming Woody in Hollywood late at night in June of 2006. He claimed that the actor broke his video camera, choked him and ordered his bodyguard to attack him. The lawsuit says that Levine has lasting mental, physical and emotional damage from the beating.

Harrelson isn’t taking all the blame, the bodyguard has lawsuit against him as well. Unfortunately, Woody’s publicist couldn’t be reached for any comments on the situation.
