On Tuesday, the most powerful women in Tinseltown gathered for the annual Women in Film Crystal and Lucy awards in Beverly Hills.

While there, Salma Hayek was awarded for her superior work as a producer of the hit television show, ‘Ugly Betty’, leaving with a beautiful crystal to display at home.

Also at the event were Eva Mendes, Jada Pinkett Smith, Nicole Richie, Cameron Diaz, Annette Bening, Maria Bello, Lori Laughlin, Debra Messing, and Meg Ryan.
