You might not have heard of her, but fifteen year-old Kira Plastinina is one hot up and coming fashion designer! Hailing from Moscow, the blond cutie had a launch party for her store that’s opening in Los Angeles on Saturday.

Guess the girl has friends in high places…Hayden Panettiere, Chris Brown, Katharine McPhee, Katy Perry, Audrina Patridge, and Tara Reid all came out for the celebration.
