June 12th, 2008. West Hollywood, CA. Action star Jason Statham got to have some good quality time mingling at Foxtail, but from the looks of it he had a mediocre time chillin’ and talking to people at the restaurant. Not once will you see him smile while he’s out and about having “fun.”

Just look at the cold stare Jason gave the camera as he was walking to his car. He could be completely wasted and can’t comprehend what’s going on and the cameras only add to the confusion and frustration. Well, it’s worth the glares, so have a good night there, ya little gun slinger, and sleep off the booze!
