It’s about time whacked-out Amy Winehouse used her head, now if only she’d use it as a tool, not a weapon.

Britain’s The Sun reported that the Scotland Yard is looking into a 38-year-old man’s claim that Winehouse attacked him earlier this week using her beehive head to hit him for trying to hail her a cab outside of Bar Tok in London. Who in their right mind headbutts someone for calling a cab for them? Tweeking rock stars, that’s who!

With her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil already in jail for “perverting the course of justice and assault charges,” stated by Ok Magazine, Winehouse might not have to travel far to see him anymore. If she is arrested over the good-samaritan’s allegations, she could find herself with a $4,000 fine and up to six months in jail.

Thankfully, it’s not all bad new for the crooked couple, they were offered a book deal to write about their life together so far. Only a year into marriage and you know they have some damn good stories to tell. I’m looking forward to their tales of drugs, sex, and what’s consists of the ratty beehive.
