Dr. Phil is known for his passionate talks about helping troubled souls find peace by yelling at them, but now he’s pushed the envelope a little too far for one story.

So you remember in the news about the video of a person being beaten up in central Florida? Well, an employee of Phil McGraw’s show posted bail for one of the eight teens allegedly involved in the taping.

Dr Phil’s spokeswoman, Terri Corigliano, stated “We have helped guests and potential guests in the past when they need financial assistance to come on the show – assisting with clothing allowance, lost wages, accommodations, travel and necessities. In this case, certain staff members went beyond our guidelines.” It’s alright, Phil, there was probably a really good high-ratings story there, but you’ll just have to be patient on this one.
