Does this 21y/o Indiana Jones star face possible jail time? It’s a possibility. It’s another one of those cases where the celeb doesn’t show up to court and screws himself over.

LaBeouf was scheduled to be in court on Tuesday for a misdemeanor charge of unlawful smoking, but failed to show and was issued a $1,000 Bench warrant for his arrest. Luckily, LaBeouf’s attorney Michael Norris entered his plea of innocense the next day, so his bench warrant was dismissed and now a hearing is set for April 24. If our Kingdom of the Crystal Skull star is convicted, he will face a maximum penalty of a $1,000 fine and six months in jail. Ouch… to the jail time, I’m sure the $1,000 is chump change to him.

What happened to our little Even Stevens boy?? USA Today stated, “LaBeouf was arrested in November for refusing to leave a Chicago drugstore, but prosecutors later dropped charges because Walgreen Co. and a security company indicated they didn’t want to continue the case.” Hollywood is getting the best of him, I guess. If he’s convicted, though, he’ll have a new journey to experience… learning not to drop the soap.
