Halle Berry has revealed the name of her new daughter, who was born Sunday at seven pounds, four ounces: Nahla Ariela Aubry.  This is the first for Halle and her model boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry.

Aubry’s said, “It’s been a long time since we’ve had a new baby in the family.  It’s very exciting.”  Nahla means honeybee in Arabic.  Berry said that they hadn’t picked out a name until right before they left the hospital.”

For us it was hard to name the most important person in our life until we met her,” says Berry.
