21-year-old actor Shi Lebeouf was issued at $1,000 bench warrant after he didn’t appear in court on Tuesday for an unlawful smoking charge.

Neither he nor his lawyer showed up to the Los Angeles County courthouse as they were scheduled on Tuesday.  He was cited for unlawful smoking sometime last month, but the documents did not give details such as the circumstances or the location of the offense.  His publicist did not immediately respond to a message left about this.LeBeouf can be seen with Harrison ford on the big screen in “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.”
